BYITON
Your tempo is good and most of your instrumentation.
*Please take out the synth trumpets, and add a kick on all the downbeats of your track like a dance record.
*We need to feel new energy in your track.
*Add some claps to your track as well.
*Nice programming!
*Let's also do away with the ending on this track.
GUSTAVO
*Great instrumentation and execution but your track needs to be sped up to about 140 bpm. We need it moving and energetic.
Also, you stuck mostly to the instrumentation of the original. Can you add one or two current modern day elements in the mix to give us a 2009 quality.
*Surprise us.
AKDMC& BLAZE
*we like the risks you took. Nice energy! We feel like someone could sing or rap over this. Nice 2009 instrumentation.
*Let's get rid of the intro and just start with a large drum fill upfront.
*At 42 seconds, can you do a different break that does not bring the track down energy wise so much.
*Nice job.
*Check your horn melodies. We believe they could get in the way of the actual melody of the chorus. Re-phrase your horn melodies so they don't get in the way of the chorus melody.
*Nice job!
TRACY JAMBA JAYZ
*Very cool acoustic vibe. We like this lot but we think it is too slow. Speed your track up to 140 so that it has a lot more energy. We know this may detract from the carribean drag that you have going on, but it will bring your track a lot more energy and make it more universally fun.
*Seconds 19 to 32 are unnecessary for our purposes, so you need not include that section in your recision.
*Good risk taking.
Thanks
